We often wonder if a franchise does a trilogy or a two Parter for s movie examples like Harry Potter and the deathly hallows part one and two twilight breaking dawn, Frank millers The Dark Knight, The Hunger Games, and many more variety of films. The Difference with these and some crucial films and or tv series is continuity.

While learning about Intro and advance tv/film productions I’ve learn the value of continuity while filming various of projects over the past couple of semesters it caught my attention while rewatching certain favorite tv series one fitting example of different takes on continuity is from a show called Power originally aired on Starz network. Its final season was reaching its course and the final remaining episodes air, there were Suttle scenes that was edited poorly

As you see in the little teaser it gives the synopsis for the remaining episode. Without giving more juicy content of each episode it is eager to say they try to wave each character point of view to pinpoint their outcome to this “ghost’ character, each would be suspect would have their own mini arc leading up to answering the questions as it was display in the teaser “who shot ghost”

Let us dive bit more onto the whole impotence of continuity, there are some average everyday going viewers like us who barely noticed Suttle details like piece of prop misplaces or a sound that was accidentally added but can easily be removed by good old editing Sofware, but have a scene being repeatedly reused it can be either noticed or unnoticed

Rewatching Romeo must die and early 2000’s action-comedy film growing up it was classic hit it was one of those films that you never get tired of rewatching and it was’nt until a couple of years ago I notice a bit errors in a couple of scenes

On the link to the YouTube video a couple of entertainment reviewers also notice the hiccups mistakes on time slot 53:52 on their video they pointed out the error continuity along with two or more scenes where some make up was misplaced,

in other words or notes and taking picture before and after filming to resume back to reshoots in case major errors in the continuity whether it's on a film or tv series, I too have learn this mistake while filming a recent project but we made it work with very minimal changes.

Now if we are talking about a whole storyline that revolves around time travel and or traveling to different universes for storytelling that is a whole different complex issue for continuity errors.
